I think we'll want to be able to link tickets to cust_main records but
also specifically to cust_svc records (and therefore svc_* records) -
sometimes a problem is with a specific account (or other service).  I
guess for maximum flexibility you'd want a many-to-many relationship
just in case you wanted a ticket to link to multiple customers and/or
accounts.

Kind of, yes.  I don't want to worry to much about linking to an
existing, stock RT installation or tell people to "go get RT" - I want
borg stable releases of RT right into the "rt/" directory in the
Freeside tarball (and make whatever integration changes we need there)
and have the Freeside install install RT also.

While I might want to pull some information from RT (for example, to
list open tickets on some Freeside view screens), in general, no, I want
to use, not reimplement, RT's interface.
