canceling an single service

Easy question, currently is there a way to cancel a single service without
the need to cancel the whole package. (Other than editing the sql by hand
;) If no ,which I'm pretty sure it is, is there any reason for not
allowing it? Maybe not using the word cancel but unprovision. If this is a
direction that may be merged in at a later date I will work on providing a
patch.
