signup.cgi problem

Hi!
When I try to run signup.cgi i get the error: 
signup.cgi: [Fri Jan 18 14:52:24 2002] UserAgent.pm: syntax error at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/HTTP/Headers/UserAgent.pm line 163,
near "$possible;"
 
Any ideas?
I have followed the install instructions very thoroughly
