[freeside-devel] Upgrade to 1.4.0 problem

I remember seeing this.  These should all be replaced with varchar(80)
IIRC.

If you want to make completely sure, the database schema should be
accessible from the Freeside website.  If you can't find it, let me know
and I'll point you to the one that's on my website.
