billing

I am trying to develop the billing portion of freeside.  I am wondering if
billing configuration would be better suited for the /view/cust_main.cgi
instead of /edit/cust_main.cgi.

Our ISP defaultly has the user's primary email account delivered the
monthly bill.  I thought that this could be added and changed on the
customer view screen after the initial info is entered.  

Any ideas that you have regarding this section is greatly appreciated.
