unexpected error

I finally get to a pont where I want to test out my configuration
changes, and when I try to do anything in the web interface, I get:

[Thu Apr 6 11:43:12 2000] CGI.pm: Compilation failed in require at
/home/httpd/html/freeside/browse/svc_acct_pop.cgi line 43. BEGIN
failed--compilation aborted at
/home/httpd/html/freeside/browse/svc_acct_pop.cgi line 43. 


*sigh*  did I mess up something else in my setup, or is this a possible
issue with something from the CVS tree?
