FWIW, I guess I'm personaly more of a do-er than a discusser.  As 
evidenced by the fact that we already have Business::OnlineThirdPartyPayment
(even if the name sucks).  :)

So at this point, I meant it would be worth discussing how VbV/3D fits 
into this specific codebase, for purposes of considering it as part of 
the standardized interface and not something we have to bolt on later.  
It was (part of) an answer to Stefan's question "how do we get 
[Business::OnlineThirdPartyPayment] into CPAN as quickly as possible".

If you want to discuss things more generally without having checked out 
B:OTPP and/or pursue something else, by all means, don't let me stop 
you.  Just letting you know that's not what I was talking about and that 
I wouldn't personally have a lot of bandwidth to participate.
