Added. Although Barclaycard return only 7 options broadly categorised as:

SUCCESS
  Authorised
  Payment requested

FAILURE
  Invalid or incomplete
  Authorisation refused

WAITING
  Authorisation waiting

UNCERTAIN
  Authorisation not known
  Payment uncertain

So I think it only makes sense to return "declined" when invalid or refused.

We use to get more information, but I think it is considered bad form 
for them to provide more details (NSF) than success, or failure in 
Europe these days.

The others "uncertain" results don't fit into the predefined categories, 
and "waiting" isn't applicable the way we use the API.
