As a former user/dev on this one, I know it (the BOP module) was built
against some C modules they had provided, but were never built for
64-bit.  They have a newer API that is soap based IIRC, and there was
discussion about making a new version.

If the alternatives already use the soap, that would be a great one to
be updated.  I know both of the previous cybersource devs aren't using
it anymore :)
