[bop-devel] Adding tax amount, freight, duty, and tax exempt

I've created a patch to BOP::PayflowPro that adds the TAXAMT, FREIGHTAMT, DUTYAMT, TAXEXEMPT, and PONUM fields. I did not find a document on what fields BOP wants to use for these, so I used the fields found in the BOP::AuthorizeNet pending CPAN patch 42046, which seemed to make sense to me. (tax, freight, duty, tax_exempt, and po_number.)

I see that this AuthorizeNet patch has been outstanding for almost a year, so it would be nice if that got added with the last patch I created to fix the important response quoting bug. That way we can kind of standardize on these fields.
