For module authors: notes_for_module_writers_v3, though, as I said in my 
last message, the idea was to give up waiting for something complete 
enough there before doing a v3 release...


For users:

Other than some small doc updates adding homepage/repo info (checked in 
earlier this year), there isn't anything planned for 3.00 that's not 
already in 3.00_09.

So, anybody know of any pitfalls?  I haven't actually used v2 since I 
started maintaining v3, so...

I'm certainly happy to add anything folks want to write to the tarball 
and/or site.
