Okay, okay...

I guess had been holding off on a 3.00 release until we finalized usage 
differences or changes for module authors... and the usual chronic tuit 
shortage.

But since stable processor modules like AuthorizeNet and PayflowPro now 
need B:OP:HTTPS, I guess instead we should release what we have as 3.00 
and plan on documenting/firming up those things better during the 3.00 
release cycle or for a v4.  Oh, and I guess its been a few years.  :)

Objections, comments, last-minute changes before I fire up the PAUSE 
upload?
