Actually, I was going to duck that one and have the process pass in an 
existing DBI handle.  The module would use only ANSI SQL statements, so 
in effect any database would work.

That said, I'm not sure how to get the handle in using the existing 
FraudDetect framework, so I'm going to have to think about that.
