[bop-devel] BOP-FraudPrevention ?

So I'm sure you've noticed that most of the providers have fraud 
detection and prevention options.  I'm sure you've also noticed that 
these options are often $100/month or more.  I've been testing out 
several of these packages, and I'm less and less convinced that there is 
any serious mojo in them.  They appear to be simple tests against 
hit/miss ratio combined with query/time period.

In short, we can do this.  I'd like to make this functionality freely 
available, so that they are forced to provide some real value for the 
fairly excessive cost.  Meanwhile, give all of us the benefit of fraud 
protection for free ;-)

Anyone else interested in this project, or am I doing it myself?
