We can use space in the Wiki at http://www.sisd.com/mediawiki, if 
you guys don't mind the Freeside branding (don't 
know offhand how I'd go about setting up multiple instances).  Say, 
http://www.sisd.com/mediawiki/index.php/Business::OnlinePayment

Or if someone else wants to setup an exclusive Wiki for B:OP, I'm fine 
with that too.

I don't think this is particularly well defined/constrained, other than 
the obvious (card numbers have to be card numbers, etc.), so it isn't 
surprising there isn't documentation.

Obvious doesn't mean making a list isn't useful.  Makes it easier for 
folks to start filling in the details.  :)
