[bop-devel] status of 3.0 branch and AuthorizeNet

I haven't yet moved the Authorize.net module over to the B:OP:HTTPS base
module like the v3-specific modules, but it should still work fine with
the v3 base class - I don't want the v3 base class to break any of the
gateway modules.  I'm probably being too conservative not just uploading
v3 of the base class already.

Not sure if that fixes your particular bug, but the v3 branch is where 
any patches to fix it would be accepted, so...  get crackin'  :)
